Shlouf, a waiter was the assigned butler to a millionaire's room. Earlier that evening, guest's phone screen broke and required fixing, but as it was late Friday evening not much options were available for a repair before Monday morning. Due to the nature, however, of guest's work, he could not afford to send his phone for repairs and had to work over the weekend with the broken phone. Shlouf contacted a few repair specialists to find out that the phone had to be sent to them on Monday for repair. But this did not serve the purpose. So he continue searching untill he managed to pull a rabbit out the hat. Soon, a technician came to the hotel with all his equipment and spare parts and went straight to the suite, and managed to repair it at 02:30am in the morning. The guest was delighted and very grateful for finding a solution that would not interfere with his work. Well done Shouf for going above and beyond and thinking out the box.
