Extra mile to locate a bag of great sentimental value

After departing from Cyprus, Mrs Weinert realized that a personal bag of a great sentimental value (gift from her daughter) was missing, lost or forgotten somewhere, between departing the hotel and coming back home. The first thing she did was to call the hotel and askl, but nothing was registeredd in the hotel's "Lost & Founds" system. Savvas the concierge, realising the sentimental value of the item, took the initiative to find it. He first contacted the taxi driver but nothing was left in the taxi. He then contacted the Larnaca airport, where after many attempts and long waiting time, was informed that the bag was found and kept there. That was good news! Savvas wanted to ensure that the guest will have the bag the soonest possible. To make it possible, he drove on his day off to the airport, collected the bag and arranged to send it to her address with the compliments of the hotel. Mrs Weinert was over the moon and she could not thank enough Savvas and the hotel for this extraordinary personal favour.
