It was late evening, when a Russian guest of Odessa Hotel, reported at the Reception that he was out on the public beach pathway and lost his mobile phone. He was walking next to Silver Sands hotel, on a wooden deck part of the pathway, when his phone slipped and fell under the wooden deck. Zouvanis is a headwaiter in the hotel and always has a set of tools in his car for any case. He drove to the point (about 1-2 kilometres from his job) to help the customer find his mobile. As it was dark, it was more difficult to locate the phone under the deck. Zouvanis however, with insistence and technical skills managed to find and give the phone back to the delighted owner. It was not a part of his duty to go that extra mile, but this is how he treats people when needed. That's hospitality. Story of Zouvanis of Odessa Hotel, Protaras
