Disappointment turned into delight!

It was a very annoying feeling for the guest to realise that, due to the pandemic situation, the fine dinning restaurant of the hotel was closed. What a disappointment, what an annoyance! When you spend your holidays in a luxury hotel you only want to experience the best out it. A meeting with Operations Manager Mr Antonis Kyriakou was arranged, to raise the issue about the lack of fine dining options. After listening empathically, it didn't take long to agree to an alternative option that turned disappointment into pleasure. A special four course gala menu in the Calypso restaurant was arranged, a solution that made both guest and hotel pleased and happy. Wow! what a magic moment! "It made the stay for us!" wrote the guest on tripadvisor. "I am pleased to know that we managed to turn around your disappointment because our The Grill Room was closed, due to Covid-19 restrictions." replied the General Manager Andreas Georgiou.
