A guest wrote on Tripadvisor: “When I asked the rest manager how they made a certain Cypriot dessert, as I was very fond of it and wanted to give it a go at home. It turned out to be baclava, they got the pastry chef out especially to go through the record with me and how to make it. On checking out there was a box of it at reception for us to take home. A very nice touch and very much appreciated!" Well done chef!
