Two days before the departure of a disabled customer, one of the tires of his wheelchair blew out and needed immediate replacement or repair, otherwise it was impossible to travel.
Demis the concierge, showing zeal and engagement, took the initiative to resolve the customer's issue.

He searched and found a special shop for wheelchairs, where he obtained the needed spare parts. Not only this,  he also went one step further and repair the wheelchair with skill and craftsmanship.
It  was easy to see the joy and relief of the customer, who, thanks to Demi's actions, was saved from great troubles and could travel with the least possible problems.

The concierge who became a wheelchair specialist

What a family wants when their child has health issues and needs to be hospitalised. Do they need to choose between vacations or child caring in the clinic. Or can we instead combined both?

A family with two kids was vacationing in the hotel, when one of the children had health issues and needed to stay overnight in a clinic. Apart from loosing precious holiday time, the family was worried and only one thing counted: to be next to the hospitalised child. So the family was spending almost all day keeping him company and looking after him.

It was late afternoon, when Irene, a front office supervisor, visited the family in the clinic, after finishing her job. She asked of course about the health condition of the kid, but she also showed interest in the rest of the family, as they had to replace a luxury hotel with a room in a clinic. Irene also asked them, if they have any wish or request for the night. 

The mother thanked her for the genuine interest and concern. "If there is one thing that we love to have, its a proper meal. Is it possible to have our Halfboard meal ... in the clinic?"

This unusual request was fulfilled by the Hotel. The chef prepared food for all of them and Christiana, the PR manager, made the effort to deliver the halfboard meal in the clinic. This was a nice highlight for the thankful family. 

That' a nice way to exceed guest expectations and to give a nice story to tell!

What customers asked to have in the clinic

A single mother with a minor child was staying in the hotel and soon it became obvious that she had serious issues with alcohol affecting her stay, most tragically, it was putting the child in danger of being unattended.

Chryso, the PR manager, became aware of the situation and saw no other options, than to take personal control of the situation. So for a whole week, apart from her duties,  she was looking constantly after both of them in every aspect of their stay.

She had to continuasly control her physical and psychologcal condition, most times she had to feed the child, sometimes even had to feed her!

In some extreme cases she had to take her to the toilet or took a shower.
Chryso showed exemplary engagement and dedication, taking care for both mother and child, until the moment of their departure.
  
If this is not the epitome of Hospitality, then what!
