It happened millions of times that people could not travel during pandemic. What Natasha did to wow a loyal repeater couple, was amazing!

On a WhatsAp chat, a senior couple expressed their disappointment  for not being able to travel. Natasha had a brilliant idea to please them, and there is what she did:

Senior couple experienced a virtual holiday for two weeks. On daily basis, kalimeras, information, videos and pictures from the hotel was sent to them. Weather info, menus, images from the beach and other useful input.  Pictures taken from their favourite room balcony ovelooking the beach and harbour of Ayia Napa. Pictures and videos from restaurant events, bar entertainment, even regards  and small talk from other colleagues.
They could not be more thankful and appreciative about this excellent gesture allowing them have a ray of sunshine and holiday feeling during their quarantine back home.

Natasha desreves a bravo for being so empathic and welcoming.

Guests walked for 25 minutes to a restaurant to find out that dogs are not allowed for hygiene reasons. How can you treat the disappointment of the unhappy guests. They strictly refused to leave their dog unattended in the backyard.  

 The evening was about to be spoiled, but Pieros, the assistant manager, offered them a solution, they could not refused. He invited and drove guests with his own car back home (10 minutes drive) to leave the dog in its safe environment and drove them back to the restaurant, enabling them to enjoy a romantic dinner.

Guest found his engagement a great gesture of thoughtfulness. Pieros turned a problem into an extraordinary experience.
